Try talking to them about it.
Tell them what's bothering you.
They'll understand.
If they know your pregnant then they should know better then to cause stress.
I am not pregnant but my ex has had our children, yet it's been years since then. If you can squeeze a stress ball maybe it could help you transfer your stress and maybe stop from bickering or at least reduce your stress. Perhaps listen to headphone music? Perhaps your parents are as anxious as you for your baby to 'drop' (I think that is what they say), break you water, and start labour. Your heartburn is perhaps making you unagreeable. If you go past 9 months and 2 weeks perhaps ask for a bumpy ride in the car if there's some speed bumps, it could promote labour and soon end this stressful time before childbirth. Best wishes with motherhood.
talk to your parents about it, your mom should understand! make sure you say it in a nice way! cause it might hurt them!
