Quit watching TV, don't play video games, and limit your time on the computer. To sum it up. STAY ACTIVE is the key. If you get use to being active them naturally you will get jittery if you stay still too long and you will get more done throughout the day

ussually if I lay something off I get lazy and just dont go back to it. so you gotta get to it right away.
do it rite at that moment and treat yourself when you accomplish a task without procrasting.
