Do girls just stop growing after starting their period?

okay, is it true that two years after girls start their period they stop growing like altogether? cause thats what my friend said but im not sure if shes right or not..

no thats not true depens how tall your mom and dad are ask a person that knows a lot about it like the docter you enheried you height from your parents

I'm only 5'2'' or 5'3''. Something like that. And I started my perios around 2 years. ago and I'm still growing in height.

Dear thisisitx,
No...a female can start her periods at an early age and she would not stop growing until she is in her 20s. It depends on genetics and health conditions. Your ears, nose, hair, nails and several other things continue to grow till death. There have been some incidence's when a woman has grown up to 2 inches in her mid twenties.

no some peepz are crazy to tell u that u do stop growing andi know for a fact you dont ..or I dont 3yrs. ago in nov. I started my period and I was 4'6 now im 5'0 even.

yeah I don't know I think you do stop growing couse I havent been growing after I started my period I mean yeah for the first 2 years but after the 2 years I stoped growing...
