Stat. rape?

So me and this guy are going out he's 20, I'm 14 we only had sex once, would that be considered stat. rape? I don't know how to spell it, but if you know what I am talking about, help.

in every state, there is an age of concent, which is the age at which you can legally say yes to sex and it will not be considered rape. However, that age is always 18, and even if it is 16, like in my state, if the other person is over 18 and you are over two years younger, then yes, that is stat. rape

That is statutory rape, no matter how you look at it.
He is an adult and you are a minor, and he can go to jail.

yes, it is stautory rape because your are under your countries legal age of consent, and he is above it
you are still a child and he is an adault
he can be sent to jail as a phedofile for what hes done
and wether you agreed to it or not makes no difference

yes that is statutory rape if the police or any of the government find out he could go to jail hes an adult you are a minor you can agree or not but goverments dont agree to that even if you tell them that he didnt rape u
