Nobody knows but there are estimates based on the size, age, and density of the known universe. NASA's estimate is 10^21 stars, that is 1 followed by 21 zeros.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to estimate, because there are stars that we can see which are the larger ones and stars that are much smaller which we cant see, so im guessing... Only God knows.

There are millions of stars... but only one in our galaxy, and thats the Sun. So if they ask how many are in our galaxy, its definately a trick question.
