Spirit lerking..think i'm being haunted

Ok so I think am being haunted, I keep seeing flashes of light in the corner of my eyes and somtimes I get cold and goose bumps for no reason in my house and I can only sleep for about 5-6 hours at a time and cant get back to sleep and sometimes I hear...

voices coming from downstairs like the tvs still on andwhen I get to the stairs it goes (this is early in morning when am onyl up because I cant sleep)
And I only here th tv thing loudest in myroom and sometimes be and my mum will hear bangs and its mostly coming from my room and am starting to get really scared!! Please help

More than likley there is no spirit. Check to see if the noises are being caused naturally. Bangs and voices can easily come from a variety of different things. For Example: Maybe you left the television on, or there are people talking outside.

However, if there is a spirit in your house, it more then likely isnt trying to harm you. It more than likely just wants to be friendly or make itself noticed. Possibly it doesnt even know that its scaring you.

don't b scaredd I belivee in spirts and ghostt all that crap. just make sure they know your not scaredd thtz the major thingg. umm just keep an eye out for anythingg. I see flashy lights corner my eyes sometimess. but I don't know wht that couldd b.

I had the same issue, more or less w/o too much explanation you need to douse your room in holy water
