Okay, so I'm only a junior in high school and nobody in my family has every been involved in a sorority, but I know that they're useful when getting aquainted with the community. If you change colleges and go accross the US or something, the same sorority will take you in. You'll always have someplace to stay. That's a huge pro, in my opinion.
A con might be that it seems like sorority and fraternity members get teased a lot, but that might just be the media.
I have no idea of any requirements or costs, but it's probably easily researchable if you have a sorority in mind.

Sorority advice?
I'm going through recruitment week my Freshman year in college. I was wondering what the costs, pros, cons and requirements of joining sororities. Thank you! (:
