Why do I have a sore tummy and am hungry often?

Lately, within the past week or so, my tummy has been sore every time after I eat- it’s like a mix between a cramp and having gas in my tummy. I have also been more hungry than usual and have been feeling disatisfied and still physically hungry even after waiting 20 mins after a meal (a meal that would usually fill me up). I drink lots of water, exercise, eat healthily. I haven’t vomited at all. Nothing in my lifestyle has changed and I don’t know what’s happening to me!

I was first worried I may have contracted worms, but upon a bit of research it seems I don’t have the right symptoms, but I remember my mother telling me that constant hunger is a symptom of worms.. is that right because I can’t find it on the internet…?

Hypochondriacs for the win! You probably do not have worms however don’t take my word for it make sure you don’t. Your diet is probably not right right now, or you have a mild stomach virus. I constantly get awkward feelings like that but I have disordered eating according to the men in white lol. Try yogurt or fruit that fills you up in the morning, grains and light things (like tuna sandwhich, cheese and crackers, potato salad) for lunch and something heavier and rich in protein/carbs for dinner is my standard meal plan for when i cook for people at my house, everyones stomach started feeling a lot better. Maintain balanced nutrients cause too much of any of them f u c k s with you. :) If it is a tummy virus GO DRINK WATER. pee it out those are the worst.
