most likley your cicle is changing
and going thru your period or something

sometimes when you get on your period or
get close to it, your boobs either grow/swell up,
itch, or feel sore, or extra tender.

happens to me lately..it can be happenin to you too babe.

either that or you can be growin.

hope it goes away because I know how much the feelin sucks.

Yes, it's normal. especially during puberty, fluctuations in your hormones can cause them to be tender/sore all the time.

Try getting some excercise when they are sore...it helps relieve the discomfort.
