How can i stop creeping this girl out with my mark-changing?

To start off, I'm a programmer. I'm 18 years old and in grade 12.
I have hacked my school computer data and can change any marks I want and read on all the possible informations on other teachers and school.

Now, I happen to like this girl so I found...

out her email and I ask if she would like it.
She accepts and everything went from there.
Friends keep telling me '' I think shes using you ''
But I don't she is because if she really is using me.. she should come and talk to me about the marks instead of me always asking her..

Now.. I have her at a green light.. but it always seems like I'm creeping the heck gotta her because after you change marks, its not that easy.. you have to do alot more.
1 of them was that every student have a secret code so it will bring up their personal info and marks on the school computer in a flash. I sent the code to her and told her to come to the lab and bring it out so I can just do it there..

Here is where the problem comes along..
She asks me why this and that... So I tell her the truth.. that if you don't do other stuff, your most likely to get caught.. Now, I can tell she was worried... And it just keeps happening..
She asks more why.. and she basically got the same answer.. The reason she keeps asking why is because she want it to be pure safe and thats fine and the fact I tell her all these stuff about programs and stuff.. she doesent know what I'm talking about. so I basically told her the simplest form. And that is if she doesent do this.. she will get caught..

Heres also another problem.. We happened to change her friends mark also..
She wanted to change theirs.. not me..
And after that day when she felt like she was really worried.. she asked me a question that really stuck me..

it was...

'' What about my friends'' AS in that I sent her the code so we can do it safely.. but what about her friends..

Now.. Im going like '' ummm... errr.. '' etc etc..
NOW. I can tell shes worried.. yet shes not the person to get angry because shes really nice and friendly.

She also said '' They are my only best frirends... if something were to happen to them... '' Thats as far as she got till the point I know she wont get caught and I told her everything will be fine so I cut her off there.

Before she left the lab, she also still talk and treated me like and old friend which that really made me happy.

Now heres my question.. What do you think I should do...?

And no, dumping the marks wont solve it cuz this is 1ce in a life time only.. Im also a nice person so I dont mind giving out free marks.. But how do I avoid having to keep creeping her out and making a fool out of myself?

And on top of that.. What should I ask her if I was to talk to her again with out anything going wrong like her getting creeped out again? lol..

She could be big time using her dont let her give anyone the code and tell her if you 2 give more and more people the code and people find out, you to could go to jail and be messing with the state and laws which =s huge trouble.

How would you creep her out in the first place. Why would she get creeped out?

Because she keeps asking me why I have to do this and that after mark changing.
The reason you have to do much more is because after u change term 1 and term 2 marks, the memmery and log disappears so you gotta go back to trace it and set them back or ull get caught..

Thats what I told her.. and she gets creeped out.. more questions come and she basicly got the same answer... the the fact that shes worried about her friends too..

well she could be using u 4 the marks even though it is u asking her, it was her who asked u 2 change her friends marks but thats besides the point what u should do well if u really like her next time u c her ask her 2 meet up somewhere go and watch a film or something with other people there this way u will get to know her better and u will be able to tell if she is using u 4 the marks then

i think that shes using u and u shouldnt break it up with her because she might tell someone wat u are doing and like they said u can go to jail so becareful wat u do
