I began listening to “emo” back in the mid to late 90s. My favorites include:
-Rites of Spring -Mineral (!!- all-time fave) -One Last Wish -Sunny Day Real Estate -Texas is the Reason -Gray Matter -Fire Party
In my opinion, this IS screamo. The crap out today pales in comparison. Whoever says that Panic at the Disco or any crap like that is screamo is delusional.
