Practice running with the ball around cones keeping the ball close to your feet. Kick a soccer ball against a ball and control it with your foot, bring your foot down gently and on a angle to prevent the ball from rebounding off it.
BUt what exactly do you mean by ball control? Like when your running with the ball or it's being kicked to you?
It's kinda hard to explain over writing but hope it helps a little bit.
