Snoring

So I snore really bad and its embarassing... I am a femal 21, a little over weight. I have always had trouble breathing like I am always out of breath when running and so forth...

What can I do... my DR perscribed flonase but it hasn't helped! ;(...

help please!!!

Try those breathe right strips. My ex used to snore like a mother!!! I used to elbow him in the side because it made me sick to hear it. Thats only because I couldn't stand the sight of him though and everything he did made me ill.
