My dad and i think my brother is smoking

My dad and I think my brother is smoking.I had to follow him around town tonite and him and his friend who does smoke saw me tonite they came out of the bathroom type thing,anyway I smelled the smoke on his breath,and my mom didn't. He's been caught...

smoking before and my mom kinda refusing to believe me sometimes when he does go out with his friends he comes home and sprays like half a can of axe or w/e he has ya know to kinda cover a smell.My brothers 12 and he's falling fast.He's the kinda kid thats going to give into peer pressure despite what he's told.
So if he is smoking how we can catch him?

a lot of kids try things like smoking around that age.
You can catch him and give him a hard time, but truthfully, he will probley still sneak behind your backs and continue to do it, especially if that's what all his friends are doing.
I dont think that smoking should be considered him falling fast though. I smoked when I was younger, from about 13-18. I quit shortly after that when I realized how ridiculous the whole thing was.
