Small hard lump under skin, on top of collar bone

I have a small, painless, hard lump located on my collar bone.
I can pinch it and hold it between thumb and finger.
any ideas what it could be?

It could be many things but its best to get an accurate diagnosis from a doctor as soon as possible

it def sounds like a cist.its not harmful at all,but sumtimes they grow bigger so you mite need to have it removed because it wud luk nasty.thats what they told me anyway-I had one on my eyebrow-but mine just went away again.if I doesnt get any bigger and it doesnt bother you I gues just ignore it.see a doctor if your worried though! happy
