what if you were sleeping with a teacher at your school.
but he wasn't YOUR teacher.
he just teaches at the school.

what would happen if someone found out???

he would be arrested and go to jail for a LONG time.

Ya, if anyone found out that would be a bad thing for the teacher. He would lose his license and most likely go to prison. Not jail, but prison. Has this gone on for a while??? My advice to this hypothetical question is to get out now and cut all ties. It doesn't matter if this person doesn't press charges, if they are under age at the time the State will press charges.

he can end up going to jail and getting charged with rape if your under age

Teacher's are NOT allowed to have sex with students no matter if there under the age or not

so even if I have had sex with him efore he became a teacher..

Absolutely! It all comes down to when this all started. If you were underage the first time you both had sex it can still be charged as rape.
