Sleeping with a bra

is it better sleep with or without a bra on and why?

how many of you girls sleep with one on?
how many of your dont sleep with one ?

first off I have done both and I say you get a better sleep without it on. it gets really uncomfortable and when you wake up you have all these red marks on your back (eeewww) so no don't sleep with a bra on.

wearing one or not doesnt affect your boobs or there growth in any way
so its more of a comfort thing
if you find normal bras uncomfortable to sleep in you could try sleeoping in a sports bra

There's nothing wrong with wearing a bra while you sleep if that's what you're comfortable with. Some doctors may even recommend it when a girl's breasts are very sore.

On the subject of staying comfortable, it's never a good idea (day or night) to wear bras that are extremely tight or don't fit properly. Visit a department store or specialty bra shop for regular fittings while you're growing and developing.

I don't wear one to sleep - in fact the more time I can have it off the better!!!

I don't sleep with one.
some days I dont even wear one.
but some days I forget to take it off, and sleep with it on.

but nakey is best.

I love my bra!!! well... its more comfortable for me to sleep in one. in fact the only time I dont have it on is in the shower. lol what ever is best for you. with or with out. just dont sleep in under wire. it tends to poke a little. lol what ever you want to do, okay? =)

I sleep with myne on only because I share a room with my sister.

when I started wearing bras a billion years ago mom was like TAKE IT OFF WHEN YOU SLEEP OR YOU'LL DIE---but I sleep with it on more often than not (usually because I'm too lazy to take it off), and it's not a problem...but it is more comfortable to not wear one

supposedly if you wear one it's better for your boobs so you don't get stretch marks, you know, gravity pushing them down, bla bla
But it's also bad for your back to wear one constantly, supposedly

I wear a bra to bed, I ALWAYS wear a bra apart from shower

Because I am a D cup, my breast will be all over the place if I don't sleep with one on. However, I sleep in a sports bra, never a daily wear underwire or support bra. I honestly don't think that it matters either way, in terms of the myths about your breasts losing shape or sagging.

I have seen my stepsister always sleeping with bra, and her boobs used to grow to bigger size, she use to wear different types of bra in day time and for sleeping

I like sleeping with my bra on. I have big ones for my age. Blugh. I might poke my eye out, with MY luck...

its better not to wear one during bed. your breats have been constrained the whole day with a bra on. d only time den can breathe is during bedtime so pls let them free..haha..sumtimes I go braless for days even when im going out. I feel so horny doing that.

most the time I sleep with one off, but when I sleep with them on its only because I am at a friends house or something. theres nothing wrong with sleeping in them. I perfer sleeping without a bra on because you feel really free, and besides the fire man thing there really is no reason to look perky or bigger when you are sleeping. id say go for bra-less.(:
