just try relaxing by taking a girls day out ! sometimes stressing out can take a toll. some times keeping your mind off of that it'll come in no time.

go to a doctor
its normal to miss periods becasue of things like stress but not for 4 contiuouse months
the doctor will be able to tell if its just the stress or if its also because of something else

I know this question's old but hey...always live a little.

So this is the second time I've seen a question like this. A friend of mine just flat doesn't have any. She was fine for the first few years and then it was like her body ran out. She ended up getting checked out and nothing was wrong, but they put her on birth control. She had no stress in her life at all. She was just a happy-go-lucky teenager (at the time) that just didn't have periods.

Birth control solved the problem, though. It not only decreases your chance of pregnancy it also regulates your period so every month she was (a bit) happier. She liked not having to deal with the cramps and the mess but she was just glad she was having them.

Of course, when she stopped taking them to see what would happen her body went back to not spitting them out. So she started back up again. She's a little worried about when it's time for her to have children but if you've got irregular periods it's a crapshoot. I'd suggest the easiest thing (when you feel it's time for kids) to just go get invetro fertilization done. Don't take Fertility drugs because you could end up with 6 or 7 kids.

So yeah, that about sums up my advice for this subject. Anything else, let me know. 8D Good luck.

I'd say get on a birth control that's low in estrogen
I'm on low estrogen
birht controls help to regulate hormones happy also they help your period come... check with a gynogologist I'm 15 and have been there regularly don't be afraid
