You can always go to resale shops or thrift stores. And if you are crafty enough and can sew you can buy bright pants that aren't skinny jeans and make them skinny jeans.

Hot Topic's are $39.00 each... they come in many different colors. Some even have different designs on them *checkered prints, stripes, etc...*. But I'm sure if you looked around you could find something cheaper if 39 is a little high for you.
