Try some Bio-Oil for stretch marks, and for scars theres stuff called Prefer-On

vitamin e oil is what my exwifes doctor told her to use on her stretch marks from being pregnant

Prefer On didn't work on me but I have some really bad scars on my leg.

I did use Mederma on some of my scars and incisions and it did okay. Nothing is going to take them way, but you can find products that will make them less noticable. If you keep yourself hydrated and keep your skin moisturized this will lessen the severeity of them to a degree.
