Can i crock-pot cook sirloin pork loin roasts?
I have 2 small sirloin pork loin roasts. Can I crockpot them? Too small to roast, plus no lovely layer of fat on them. Should I brine or marinate them or is that inapproriate for the crockpot? Will they get tender or dry and tough? Thanks....
