Hi,

Well first of all, keep singing! And don't stop!

Practice on CDs, in front of people, in the shower.

Talk to your parents about having Vocal Lessons 'just for fun' and swear you'll do better in school. If they don't let you have Vocal Lessons, persuade one of your mates who IS taking Vocal Lessons into helping you out with some of the stuff she or he learns there.

WRITE SONGS! It promotes you as a singer and helps you express yourself.

And finally, get exposure. Sing in talent shows, at local parks, and make tapes and send them to local radio stations.
