Sims: urbz in the city

I am stuck on one mission: recycle 100 piles of trash. I don't see any more piles of trash laying around. What do I do???
Also, is there an easy way to make my popularity go up??

Make your popularity go up my befriending people!! Like talk to them and make that little bar go up!! ^^ Try and get 100 with everyone!!
