How to make custom things in sims 2: body shop?

Sims2 how do I make custom things in body shop? like clothes hair make up shapes, etc

The Sims 2 Body Shop can be downloaded at the Official Site, along with a content starter kit, that contains clothes, skins tones, and more. If you own "The Sims 2," during installation a newer version of The Sims 2 Body Shop will be installed. You can find the shortcut in the same location as "The Sims 2."

If you installed The Sims 2 Body Shop before installing "The Sims 2" or "The Sims 2 University," your shortcut may not work. You will find the new shortcut in the Start menu in Windows.
