Sick goldfish?

I recently aquired a Black Moor Fantail goldfish. He eats and swims, but unlike my other goldfish he goes to the surface in one cornor of the tank and blows bubbles.

Doesn't sound sick to me if he's still eating and swimming like all the other goldfish, it could just be a part of his personality.
