should I swtich schools?

I recently moved houses, I used to live very close to my high school but now I live 15 miles away. I still go to the same high school even though its far away, but my parents want me to go to the high school that is close to my house. I cant see my friends that go to my school very much because they live so far away, and after school everyday, I cant to straight home because my parents have to work and there isnt a bus that can take me home. I recently shadowed at my local school and I met some of people. they seem really nice and I made a few friends. im having a really hard time deciding whether I should stay at my current school (its only 2nd semester) and leave all of my friends behind, or go to my local school where I could go home after school and live by the people who go there. im pretty good at making new friends, but changing schools isnt easy. I have to make this decision in 2 weeks and I dont know what to do. the longer I wait, the harder its going to be to change schools.
