Should i swtich schools?

I recently moved houses, I used to live very close to my high school but now I live 15 miles away.
I still go to the same high school even though its far away, but my parents want me to go to the high school that is close to my house.

friends that go to my school very much because they live so far away, and after school everyday, I cant to straight home because my parents have to work and there isnt a bus that can take me home.
I recently shadowed at my local school and I met some of people.
they seem really nice and I made a few friends.
im having a really hard time deciding whether I should stay at my current school (its only 2nd semester) and leave all of my friends behind, or go to my local school where I could go home after school and live by the people who go there.
im pretty good at making new friends, but changing schools isnt easy.
I have to make this decision in 2 weeks and I dont know what to do.
the longer I wait, the harder its going to be to change schools.

please leave me some advice!

Change schools. It will be hard at first, but you will meet new people and it would be so much easier and convienent.

Change schools. You get to meet new people, whats bad about that? Try to keep in contact with your old friends though. With stuff like instant messaging and mobile phones, shouldnt be a problem
