Should i let go?

I m interested in this guy for around 4-5 years.We have been friends for quite sumtime.We talk on the phone every month .Actually he lives in Australia.The problem is that I m not sure of what I should do ,should I just tell him that I really love him...

or should I just let go.
I hve tried to hint him that I am interested in him but at times I feel like he knws wht I want to say but wants me to say it.Which honestly,I don't want to.
What shud I do.
I really love him and I think he is the perfect guy for me.
Btw,he is my cousin as well,actually,frm where I belong it's ok to hve a relationship with a cousin.Will it ruin things between us .Please tell me wht shud I do?.

Tell him how you feel. That's the only way to find out whether things will go further or not.

You have nothing to lose, especially since you had nothing to start with, if he tells you that he doesn't feel the same then you can let go, but for now, build up some courage and go for it.
