It's always interesting for a mentor to find out how his former charges are doing. Email or a phone call would be sufficient contact.
I kept in touch with a former teacher for years. Her continued advice was invaluable to me.

Hii. This year I started college but recently went back to school to pick some work up and went to see my mentor ( not seen him in 2months) and today will be the last time that I need to go into school, do I go and see him ?? As I dont no when the next...
time would be ?, if I do would it sound alright if I sed can we keep in touch ? :/
