Shorten my period

I just started my period this month like 2 days ago is there anyway to shorten it
like by eating something ahhh

Afraid there is nothing you can eat to shorten your periods. How old are you? How long does your period last?
On average its anything from three days to a week. However there are contraceptives that can stop your periods while you are taking the contraceptive, such as the injection or implant.

NOW I DONT KNOW IF THIS WORKS FOR EVERYONE BUT I've FOUND USING TAMPONS MAKES MINE SHORTER. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS??

lol. I prefer you just take the 7 days of it because if you take something and it does somethign wrong to you then thats on u. just take the pills as soon as you feel a little pain... and remember dont stand still when you have cramps move around to loosen up your muscles.

Not right now but I heard birth control makes your periods shorter.

I went on the pill when I was 15 to stop my period pains, make them regular and lighter and it worked.

My pains have lessened a lot and I know exactly what day I will come on and when I'll be off - my periods only last about 4 days now, and it's very light.

You may want to consider it, talk to your doctor happy
