They have stencils u can use for them. Its like drawing a dark line on the ones u want and pluckin the others away:)
youtube has many great tutorials, otherwise go to a salon and get them profesionally shaped to suit your face
Some people find it easy to lift their one eyebrow and pluck the extra hair all around. There are also YouTube tutorials that explain thoroughly how its done. As mentioned above, there are stencils that you can buy too. They come in shapes so you choose the one you prefer and pluck away. You can also shape them using a ruler. Why don’t you have them threaded? My fiancé gets a whole lot of complements and even I agree they do come out perfect.
