Was it a bad idea to have sex so soon after the pill?

I got put on birth control pills exactly a week ago. (I take ortho try cyclen.) and the first day of my period was last Sunday too. My period lasted till about Friday..and then stopped most of Saturday and then came back Saturday night. (Just a little...

tho.) but me and my boyfriend had sex with a condom on while I was still pretty bloody thinking it would lower my chances of getting pregnant. (This was last night.) and now my period is basically gone again. My mom said that sometimes that happens when i first start the pill because its putting hormones into my body. But was it a bad idea to have sex last night?

You are to paranoid... you are using birth control and a condom... there is a very low risk you are going to get pregnant... just dont forget to take the pill....

if you start your pill on a sunday you will never start your period on the weekend.
