How can I sell my house without a real-estate agent? What are some of the things I can do to be successful in this endeavor?

ok well I would give some rooms a fresh coat of paint so the house appers clean and new and place an add in the papper post a sign in front of the house'for sale by owner' and also on your day of you could have an open house. have leading signs from a busy road leading the potential buyers to your driveway

econsult1, As to selling your house, make sure all your clutter is gone, rooms must be bright
and clean, outside should be inviting and free from anything that has your name on it. All storage rooms and garage should be free of boxes and storage stuff
