How can i stop harming myself for good?

right well I need help, I self harm I went 8 weeks without doing it which is a long time for me, but its gets to stressful if I dont do it, but when I harm I cut so I leave scars , I want another method to control the angre,hurt and pain that is inside...

of me with out leaving physical scars!! I have tried talkign to people which makes it worse, I've tried icecubes which dosent seem to hurt that much, adn I pull out my hair at times but dosent give the same effect as cutting , so please if anyone has anyways of me taking out my angre adn stuf then I would love to hear it as im getting very close to trying to commit suicde again , and cutting is the only thing that keeps me calm but it would be nice to have another outlet which dosent scar!!

WAT I SOME TIMES DO IS TELL ONE OF MY FRIEND LET PLAY FIGHT ILL LOOK ATTHEM LIKE THERE THE PERSON OR SOMETHING THATS MAKING ME MADE OR I TAKE KIGHS TO THE BACK AND THOW THEM AT THE TREE OR TRUN SOME MUSIC ON SOO LOUND THAT THATS ALL U CAN HEAR

You should see a health care provider and get some medication to help. You should also seek counseling to try and resolve what it is that makes you harm yourself.

I'd suggest cutting on your legs, as it's much easier saying that you just fell over or something.

Or also, you could do what i do and cut on your arms but wear stylish fashion gloves to cover it up! =)

listen, I've been through this, for one I know it is not rational thought but you dont want scars all your life!
you cant wear what you want and people get at you a lot
here are some hopefully helpful tips:
1. hold an ice-cube in your hand for as long as possible.
2.use an elastic band and ping it hard, it hurts like hell!
3.not many people think this but if you put gum between your lips or around your tounge and keep it there, after about a minuet it hurts and from there on in it gets worse.

if you do it for the blood I cant help you but try to think of the people who care about you and maby do it for them?
