My son has the same problem. He's 18 and looks 13. It's not dress or hairstyle that shows maturity, it's attitude. He has done a lot of stage acting and he has confidence. Once you get a job, show up on time, do your fair share of work and learn about how business operates. Use proper English, not slang and be attentive. A hard worker always gets raves.

How can i look older so i'll get hired?
Hey,
I'm 16 and a sophomore in high school and I really want to get a summer part time job. The thing is, I look like I'm still 13 and I don't think many people would want to hire someone that looks so young. I'm not going for a big job, just this cute...
little bubble tea place.
Any advice, ie. dress hair, to look slightly older so people would consider hiring me?
