K hopefully I'm right...I'm a bit rusty but I'll give this my best try
Flying birdie -- Action = wings pushing downward on air
Reaction = air pushing upward on wings
Walking -- Action -- Feet pushing off the ground (caused by friction) in the direction of walking
Reaction -- Ground pushing off feet in the opposite direction of walking
Hand out of moving car -- Action or Reaction? -- Air pushing against hand and slowing down the car
