hey guys im really quiet and im in the 7th grade.Today was my first day back the 26th.do and im in a class with loud people.And I like feel left out because im quiet.In all my classes is with people that I don't really hang with. I like need your...

help now.Should I like make friends with them.{{BUT THEY ARE LIKE MEAN}} I HAVE NO CLASSES WITH NONE OF MY FRIENDS,BUT AT LUNCH AND I don't know WHAT TO DO

better try to reach them out...express yourself and go with the flow...
practice having a self confidence and just enjoy being with them.. happy

I know how you feel im going into 9th grade and im still like that...
im getting better about it though...
you should just not be so quiet...
a lot of times you think that whatever you say might sound stupid so you dont say it...
but most of the time people want to hear what you have to say even if you think they dont...
