How can I remember what I learn with a bad teacher?

please help im failing in maths and my school certificate is next year! im trying to concentrate in class but it doesnt work so I figured ill teach myself out of a textbook because we also have a really crap teacher but I can learn the stuff but then I just forget it after the topic test but I need this for my certificate but I just dont know how to remember it all!

Get yourself a tutor either a peer tutor or from an outside organization. We all learn differently and you need to find your style. But getting help is essential for you. Ask around and see the school resource counsellor for help.

Math is not memorizing subject. In math you can create your own formula (same idea but in different way) if the book formula is difficult to understand.

Or take the question and read it carefully and many times then answer after that check your answer if it’s right or not. If it’s not see which step you did wrong on it then practice and take anther question and practice. My advice takes the difficult question because when you practice in difficult questions it will be easy for you to answer any question and in short time. Best of Luck…..
