Once you hit 18-years-old you are considered an adult, whether you make adult decisions or not.

some people hit majority before or after 18 it depends on how you act you can be thirty ab still act like a 13 year old it just depends on how resonsable you are and how you act but no 18 is an adult 17 is a teen

No it does NOT mean you an adult!!! you need to be 21 to be a fully grown adult and to be able to buy your own house and everything =) email me at Fun mail me if you need any more info xXx
