Dawn of the dead, if the idea of zombies scares you
Texas chainsaw massacre, if you dont like weird psycho killers
The excorcist, if youre scared of things like demonic possesion or are religeous

The ORIGINAL Frankensein is the scariest movie ever. Any old B&W movies based on Edgar Allen Poe's writings also work. I love The Tomb of Legiea. Totally freaky.

Whatever movie you watch, mess with your friend toward the end of the night. Approach your friend, ; make sure your eyes are dead and lifeless when you do it. I used to TOTALLY freak my sister out with this. We're in our forties, and I can still give her a look that freaks her out. The first time I did it, she was 14 and I was 16, and she peed herself. No kidding.

The trick is to look like there is no life in you; make your eyes lifeless, no happiness in them, no sadness, just a void. The secret is in the eyes. Practice for a couple of days.

wow, I'll be on the lookout for some real scary movies at my sleepover. hope we can get some more of these fantastically scary movies in... and don't worry, official, I am still scared of them. but, the way I figure it, the one way to get rid of your fear is to stare it in the face, so that is what I am doing. Maybe you should try it too?!

I got it!! Well, these are my all time favorite scary movies.
Rest Stop (because of that movie I can no longer use public bathrooms)
Dawn of the Dead (I could not figure out what I would do if that really happened? How do you get away from zombies)
The Breed (killer dogs)
Scream (of course)
From Dusk to Dawn

If you like gore, and violence, try the Final Destination trilogy.
If you're into the zombie scene, try the Resident Evil franchise. (Awesome movie)
If you like weird horror movies, try the Grude, Dark Ride, or Thir13teen Ghosts.
