Scared of. . . nothing??

Oh shush, I tried doing it myself. Asked by sarahsarahsarah 4 months ago, 5 answers.

I'm scared!
I don't know why, I have nothing at all to be scared or nervous about. . . I just, am.
I feel like somethings just going to go wrong, but im not sure what. . .
Its freaking me out really bad, help meee

It's definitely anxiety. You should do something to take your mind off being afraid and remind yourself that there's nothing to be afraid of.

If you feel yourself becoming afraid force the thought out of your head and onto something else.

Just remeber that everythings ok. It's just a trick of the mind. happy

take deep breathes and focus your mind on something else. housework, homework or just something you enjoy. maybe you can talk to someone? relax, you have nothing to be afraid of.
