Cause a car crash... :(

Ok, well I feel scared to text my dad, because I know that he is driving and I am afraid that he will have a car crash if he reads the text while he is driving.

Does anyone else ever feel like this.

If I ever caused an accident like this, I would never...

be able to live with myself...

I know, whenever my mum is home late, I think what if something bad happened, and all I did was shout down bye when she left!!!

You wouldnt have caused the accident. He chose to look at the text making it his choice, and not your fault... People make their own decisions... we really are in less control of their actions than we think... Stop worrying so much. If this particular thing bothers you, ask him not to read his texts while he's driving...

If he glances down at a text while driving, but keeps his eyes on the road *like he glances down... reads a little, glances back up, and so on*... it might be a little safer. He should be careful while texting/reading texts and driving though. It might be better to get a hands off system and just call the person *or use the speaker phone feature if his phone has it*. That way both eyes are on the road and both hands are on the wheel.
