Yeah they are.. Trust me.. I've known people that ordered from their online site and they didn't have any problems getting the stuff they ordered or anything.

Yes very much so. Me and my brother have ordered several things from their online store. They actually ship the stuff on time too and it gets to you really fast. You can order offline or visit a Hot Topic store at your local mall *pretty much every mall has one*.
