Risk of pregnancy after the hymen is broken

Ok so my boyfriend for about a year has had sex before. They were both virgins. obviously I wouldnt know if her hymen was broken or not and neither would he. But after it happened she went on and spread rumors about how she thought he got her pregnant...

because they werent safe. He's not sure if he even entered the vaginal shaft or not since it was entirely new to both of them and he was shy to ask. so for both sides; if he entered her shaft and the hymen was not broken what are the chances she could have gotten pregnant? And if he didnt enter the shaft what are the chances she could have gotten pregnant? And if he didnt is he still considered a virgin?

if his penis went inside her virgina she coulda got pregnant even if the hymen wasnt broken!

some women that have had sex hymen havent even broken yet so it doesnt matter if the hymen was broken or not!! if there was penatration! she had the risk of being pregnant

and also if there was n.etype of penatration at all he is considered not a virgin!

If he was not safe and cumed near her vergina or inside her vergina he may have go her pregnant but when and if the baby is born get him to get a D.N.A test to take care of this. Other then that dont worrie about it too much if your worried about STDs and all of that go get checked out .
