I want to rip out a wall that is not load bearing and shouldn't need any major plumbing, just minor electrical. Should I hire someone to do it or do it myself?

I'd do it myself, every time I see one of those home improvement shows & their tearing stuff up with a sledgehammer, I want to start clobbering the annoying walls in my house too. I'm renting though, so I can't conver the kitchen & living areas into a great room, but I'd really like to - go for it.

Tell us how it went, too.
