Rex x's instead of pictures

I receive e mails from all over the World and some come thru with a red x instead of a picture. Can you help me?

joan from what I've seen the red x normally represents the photos inability to load. This may be a problem by either the user or the receiver if it is a user error then its because the photo was uploaded incorrectly or to large or small of a file size, Or an incorrect file type. If it is the receivers error then it may be that the program you are using rejects files of this type or it may be that your computer does not support the resolution of the picture.
