Can I stop my period for my trip?

I am going on a trip, and I need to know what can I do to stop my menstrual cycle during the days of my trip. I have a normal period, it usually last 4 days.

Just wear a tampon and change it every 3 hours.

Dear ms_tanya81,
In special circumstances like trips, weddings etc. the doctor can give you something to stop your periods for the allotted time needed.
