what is up with the religion of Wicca

wicca is an earth based religion. im wiccan what do you want to know? I've been practicing for 8 years.

Well I really don't like it I had a friend and she was a wicccan and I couldn't stand her at first we was real tight then she got on my nerves with her religion. I am a christian and she kept rubbing her religion in my face I can't stand it I think that it is so pointless. I was wondering what you think about the religion

wiccan, witches, satanists, worlocks . . . are following the dark side, not God's side and they don't even know it. I beg to differ. Darth Vader knew he was following the Dark Side, and was actively recruiting people to join it. The Emperor may have influenced his thinking, but he made a conscious choice. Similarly, I believe Wiccans, Warlocks, Wizards, Witches, and Walloons are fully aware of their membership in the Dark Side.

I follow it becaues out of all the religions that I've studied a lot thats the one I found that coensides with what I belive. I found what I belived first than looked for a religion that coencided with that.

Orion, I respect you religous belifes but that, calling wiccans the darkside and relating wiccans and witches to satanist and worlocks is dispicable. I look forward to the day when religous torerance is part of our culture. wicca is a religion, witch is someone who uses magick, worlock means outh breaker is a person who swor not to use black magick and then dose. and Satanist have nothing to do with it

I agree with blankman I may not know much about it but one of my friends is wiccan and one of the best people I know.

kinsie that is what I thought until my ex best friend started rubbing it all in my face and wanting me to do her stuff. I couldn't take it anymore it was so annoying so we aren't friends anymore because of it. I don't see how people even say it is a religion. To me it is like a colt. Oh well, they will find out one day when it is to late.

No orien, we know what we're doing. We know the risks involved if we're wrog, do you know the risks if you're wrong? I beg to differ bout the Satan crap. How often do you actually hear of a witch being thrown in jail compared to Christains? I mean serisly. Warlock is what blankman says, an oath breaker. Satanism is basically a big rebelion against Christanity, nothing to do with Wicca or witchcraft really. Get some facts before you speak.
