I'm fixing to be 17 and my boyfriend of a year just turned 24. and my parents are aware of the big age difference and approve of the relationship. can he still get in trouble if he has my parents approval? like if someone went to the police station and...

NO because you are over 16 this is not illegal. It is only illegal if you are under 16 and there is an age difference of more than 5 years. Hope this helped x

no well i didn't have a problem and my boyfriends eight years older than me.i was sixteen when we first started dating and he was twenty four.

Yep, he can get into big trouble. Just because no one else that posted has gotten caught, doesn't mean it's not illegal. Look into the laws people.
