Why are my eyes feeling warm and getting red?

Lately I have been noticing my eyes turning red(tired eyes) and feeling warm. Any symptoms of something I need to know?

I don't know if this helps any but the symptoms you listed were also symptoms of conjunctivitus (Pink Eye) You may want to go to the doctor if these symptoms worsen or you experience pain, also I know my eyes get red and looked tired when I'm stressed or just haven't slept well, so I hope this helps a little. I would still see a doctor.
