How to get a record deal?

I see all these singers on TV like Jojo, and others.. and I sing SO much better than them.. and I wonder how she can get a record deal! I want one so bad. any advice?

lol, there are no more record companies because people dont pay for music any more. Recording artists are on their own. singin on stree corners and in subways now.
